Introduction to Membership Overview
Introduction to Membership is a one-time product, designed to offer individuals a short-term, low-commitment opportunity to explore the IOPO community and experience selected member benefits.
This is not a full membership and does not provide a Find an Organiser, directory listings, or access to all professional tools and services.
We encourage those who complete this introductory experience to upgrade to a full Professional or Enterprise Membership.
Eligibility and Duration
- Available to individuals who are new to the IOPO
- May be purchased once only
- Duration: Six months from the date of activation
- Cannot be renewed, paused, or extended
What’s Included
Participants in the Introduction to Membership product receive:
- Access to Module 1 of the IOPO Signature Course: Becoming a Professional Organiser
- A 20-minute Discovery Call with an experienced IOPO Professional Organiser
- Access to:
- The Members' Lounge (private Facebook group)
- Virtual and in-person Networking Events
- Connection Room live sessions (not recordings)
- Member communications (e.g. Sunday Night Update)
- Email-based support from IOPO
Limitations
Introduction to Membership does not include:
- Find an Organiser™ directory listing
- Access to Connection Room recordings
- Discount on the IOPO exclusive industry-specific PO Insurance Policy
- Enterprise tools or employee management features
Upgrading to Membership
You may upgrade to a full Professional or Enterprise Membership at any time during your 6-month term and you will not be charged the $50 application fee.
Your remaining time in the Introduction to Membership will not be refunded or carried forward, but you will gain immediate access to full member benefits.

Cancellations and Refunds
Introduction to Membership is a non-refundable product. Once purchased, access will be granted for the full six-month term regardless of usage. If you are uncertain about whether this is the right starting point, we encourage you to contact IOPO before purchasing.
