Estate Property Services is a mobile business based on the mid north coast of NSW. 
The reasons our clients contact us is varied, though one common thread is emotion:

We are here to help our clients as much or as little as they need.  Each job is tailored to meet their needs, as we either work alongside our clients or work independently, we achieve what is needed in a timely & professional manner.  Whether it involves the family home, a unit, villa, or a room in a nursing home Estate Property Services is experienced and can provide expert advice with time saving assistance in sorting through the property.

Our two main areas are:

Living Estates – We provide practical support & help for seniors downsizing &/or decluttering when preparing to move into retirement accommodation or aged care facilities.  Specialising in working with our clients during this major process we offer an extensive array of tasks and provide a little or as much help as is required.  We help to prepare for the move, downsizing, decluttering, if required we can also prepare their existing home ready for sale.  Plus selling / donating / recycling / disposing of unwanted items both prior to &/or after the move.  Overseeing the move, assisting with unpacking, sorting & settling our clients into their new home.  We are very flexible and understanding of how overwhelming and stressful that this process can be.

Deceased Estates – Helping families and executors dealing with the emotion & stress of sorting through deceased estates possessions and property, which can be complicated when those responsible don’t live in the local area.  Clearing out deceased estate properties, sorting & identifying items being bequeathed &/or being kept by family members, if needed packing & arranging delivery of these items.  All remaining unwanted items - selling / donating / recycling / disposing on behalf of the estate executor.  Preparing home for sale or end of rental arrangement.
