She has 20 years' experience and specialises in complex and special-needs cases involving hoarding, disabilities, mental illness, neurodivergence and aging. She works 1:1 with private clients, NDIS participants, MyAgedCare recipients and conducts training for government and non-government organisations on hoarding and special needs. She is also sought-after as an expert speaker in her field by companies and the media. Rebecca is also an industry mentor for new and established Professional Organisers and Declutter Coaches, and takes great pride in her role of Advisory Board Member of the IOPO. On a personal level, Rebecca has two young adult children, loves bouldering, crocheting, gardening, 60s & 70s decor and architecture, and geeks out on Star Wars. She's got ADHD, and is quite talkative but somehow also a calming presence, and her kids say she's excellent at explaining feelings. She can't catch or throw to save her life but is a pretty fair rock-climber and loves walking (or rowing) in nature. Don't give her anything to untangle - she'll waste hours obsessing over it.
