Roxanne believes in the transformational power of getting organised. Her business, The Space Specialist, is focussed on helping people create work, home and life spaces that are fresh, functional and fabulous. 

Roxanne’s approach starts with her client’s organising challenges and desires. She uncovers needs, identifies goals and agrees a plan to get there. 

Whether she is sorting and categorising clutter or designing systems and routines or nurturing new skills and habits her aim is always the same: to set her clients up for success.

In the past two years Roxanne has worked on a range of small- and large-scale assignments, both as an individual organiser and as part of an organising team. These assignments have included working with - clients who hoard, clients with chronic disorganisation, clients with physical disabilities or chronic illnesses, clients downsizing or relocating and assisting clients with specific requests around paperwork, meal planning, and interior design.

Before starting her Professional Organising business in 2019 Roxanne had a 20 year career in Human Resource Management. She has qualifications in Education, Human Resources Management and Communication Management. She is an accredited career and leadership coach, is certified in Mental Health First Aid and is a professional member of the Institute of Professional Organisers (IOPO).
