2019 saw the IOPO Connecting in new and innovative ways.

• February & March 2019:  Mental Health First Aid training released in Canberra, Brisbane & Melbourne.  
• 13th March 2019: First ever Connection Event in Singapore
• 30th April 2019:  the (virtual) Connection Room is added to the halls of The IOPO and our first of the 'Let's Talk' series is on 'Confidence in Business'
• 1st May 2019:  After outgrowing the first website the new & improved website is launched.
• 5th May 2019:  Second Birthday of The IOPO; celebrating with 130 Members
• 3rd June 2019:  The campaign began for getting official recognition of the Professional Organising Industry from ANZSCO.
• 1st July 2019:  New online course Introduction to Waste Management for Professional Organisers
• 18th July 2019:  New & updated online course 'Working with the NDIS for Professional Organisers' released; highlighting changes and the evolution within the NDIS
• 29th & 30th August 2019:  The IOPO Conference in Melbourne.
• 30th August 2019:  The IOPO Cocktails & Connections Trade Event
• 8th October 2019: The Connection Room holds its second event, for Members Only.
• 24th October 2019:  The first Connection Event held in Newcastle, NSW.
• 8th November 2019:  The first IOPO Knowledge Hub held in Perth. Members went on a field trip to World of EO to learn alternative ways to discard unwanted clutter raised from the regular channels and how they recycle and work with the 'Trade not Aid' programme.
• 4th December 2019:  Christmas Connection Events held in eight locations across New Zealand & Australia
